摘　　要：研究了基于Web2.0、Web服务和IPTV网络视频技术的西藏农牧科技信息化服务平台。重点讨论了农牧科技信息数据集成与交换子系统,基于IPTV技术的农牧科技远程培训子系统和农牧产品电子商务子系统的具体设计和开发方案。农牧科技信息化服务平台将为西藏农业信息化建设和西藏农牧业发展提供信息化支撑手段。In this paper we study the agriculture and husbandry science and technology（AHST）informatisation service platform in Tibet based on Web2.0,Web services and IPTV network video technology.The focus is put on expatiating the data integration and exchange subsystem of AHST information,the IPTV technology-based distance training subsystem of AHST,and the specific design and development solution of e-commerce subsystem for agriculture and husbandry products.To relying on the AHST informatisation service platform provides the informatisation supporting means to the construction of agricultural informatisation and to the promotion of agricultural and husbandry development in Tibet.
