三黄汤熏洗外敷创面速愈贴治疗老年糖尿病肢端溃疡

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药熏洗配合创面治疗糖尿病肢端皮肤溃疡的疗效寻求临床治疗老年糖尿病足的有效治疗方法。方法:对17例患者进行三黄汤剂熏洗液熏洗,外敷创面速愈贴,结合中药辨证分型治疗。结果:17例病人治愈12例,治愈率占70%,好转4例,占24.2%,无效1例,占5.8%,总有效率占94.2%。结论:中医疗法配合创面速愈贴治疗糖尿病肢端皮肤溃疡明显优于其它传统疗法,对顽固性糖尿病肢端皮肤溃疡疗效显著。Objective：Approach Fumigating and washing with Chinese medicines combined with Dressing for Accelerating Wound Healing in treating skin ulcer of extremities of old diabetic patients.Methods：17 diabetic patients with skin ulcer in extremities were treated with fumigating and washing with Sanhuangtang combined with Dressing for Accelerating Wound Healing.Different Chinese herbal decoctions were applied orally according to different cases.Results：12 cases were cured.The curative rate was 70%.4cases turned better,accounted for24.2%.1 cases did not respond,accounted for 5.8%.The total effective rate was94.2%.Conclusion：Chinese traditional treatment combined with Dressing for Accelerating Wound Healing in treating skin ulcer of extremities of diabetic patients is superior to conventional treatment.It is effective in treatment with patients with skin ulcer in extremities.
