摘　　要：目的:探讨气化州都法治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法:选择本院318例过敏性鼻炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组168例,对照组150例,治疗组予以气化州都法处方;对照组采用健通辛芳鼻炎胶囊加扑尔敏口服。结果:治疗组总有效率(95.83%)优于对照组(83.33%)(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后主要症状改善情况与鼻变应体检积分优于对照组治疗后水平(P<0.05,P<0.01)。两组治疗后症状、体征分级记分总积分与治疗前比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:具有气化膀胱,温阳利水,疏通三焦水道,使高位壅鼻之水津由下小便而泄,对治疗过敏性鼻炎有一定的临床疗效。Objective：To discuss the clinical curative effect of allergic rhinitis patients with lower part upside sickness treatment and unblock drainage ditch method.Methods：Choice in our hospital 318 cases of patients with allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.168 cases of treatment group,150 cases of the control group,the treatment group to be prescribed Lower part upside sickness treatment and unblock drainage ditch method;the control group oral Jiantongxinfang rhinitis capsule plus chlorpheniramine.Results：The total effective rate in treatment group（95.83%）is better than the control group（83.33%）（P〈0.05）,after treatment,the main symptoms to improve the situation and the medical points of nasal allergen of the treatment group is better than the control group（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）.The two groups after the treatment of symptoms,signs classification total score points Compared with before treatment are significantly different（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Lower part upside sickness treatment and unblock drainage ditch method has gasification bladder,Diuresis Onyang,dredging Sanjiao waterways,So that high water in the nose is from the urine out.The treatment of allergic rhinitis has a certain degree of clinical efficacy.
