中西医结合治疗放射性肺炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗放射性肺炎的临床疗效。方法:42例患者随机分为对照组21例,治疗组21例。对照组采用激素及抗生素治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用中药汤剂,两组均治疗4周,观察两组的临床疗效,进行比较。结果:治疗组总有效率85.7%,对照组总有效率61.9%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗放射性肺炎具有良好的临床疗效,值得临床推广。Objective：To observe clinical efficacy of integrated chinese and western medicine in the treatment of radiation pneumonia.Methods：42 patients were randomly divided into two groups,21 cases for the control group and 21 cases for treatment group.The control group were treated with hormones and antibiotics,and the treated group were treated with hormones,antibiotics and decoction of chinese medicine.To observe and compare the clinical effect of the two groups after 4 weeks.Results：Total effective rate is 85.7% with treatment group and 61.9% with control group,there are significantly different between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：There are good clinical efficacy on radiation pneumonia treated by integrated chinese and western medicine,and it is worthy to be popularized.
