摘　　要：吞咽困难是脑卒中后常见的问题,严重影响患者的康复。结合中西医康复进展与临床实践,讲述了康复、针灸、推拿、中药、西药等治疗吞咽困难有效方法。Dysphagia is a common problem resulting from cerebrovascular disorder,and has a serious impact on patient＇s rehabilitation.By combining my personal clinical practice with the latest developments in rehabilitation and Chinese and western medicine,the paper discusses some effective treatments such as rehabilitation,acupuncture,massage,traditional Chinese medicine,western medicine,etc.
