摘  要:目的:了解温度条件对千里光种子发芽率的影响,为千里光的遗传资源改良和规范化栽培奠定技术基础。方法:千里光种子分别置于25、20、15℃恒温光照培养箱以及4-20℃的室外变温培养,检测种子的发芽势、发芽率和发芽指数。结果:在25℃恒温光照培养条件下,千里光种子不萌芽;随着温度降低,发芽率由20℃时的4%升高到15℃时的13%;而室外变温条件下的发芽率高达76%。结论:千里光种子无休眠期,变化低温有助于提高千里光种子的发芽率。Objective:Parameters of germination were analyzed in the present study so that the criterions and methods would be applied to improve genetic breed and standardization in Senecio scandens Buch-Ham.Methods:Three separate groups of Senecio scandens Buch-Ham were placed in stable temperature(25,20 and 15℃),in addition to the forth group at unstable temperature(4~20℃).Three parameters involved in germination rate,germination potential and germination index were detected in four groups,as described above.Results:Seed germination rat ascended from 0% to 13%,temperature descending from 25 to 15.Notably,76% germination rat was observed on the condition of unstable temperature in Senecio scandens Buch-Ham.Conclusion:Seed dormancy did not appear in Senecio scandens Buch-Ham,and unstable temperature would contribute to increase its germination rate.
