针刺加电针与针刺加穴注治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:客观地研究针刺加电针法与针刺加穴位注射法两种不同治疗方法对腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效,比较出较佳治疗方法。方法:将60例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为两组,其中针加电组30例,采用针刺加电针法;针加穴组30例,采用针刺加穴位注射法。每天治疗1次,6次为1个疗程,临床观察2个疗程。结果:①治疗后两组疼痛评分与腰椎功能评分都有变化,两组内比较差异有统计意义(P<0.01),两组间比较,疼痛疗效方面针加电组与针加穴组无显著差异,腰椎功能疗效方面针加电组优于针加穴组(P<0.05);②临床疗效方面针加电组优良率高于针加穴组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺加电针法治疗腰椎间盘突出症较针刺加穴位注射法疗效更确切。Objective：To objective study of the pinprick add electroacupuncture method and the pinprick add acupoint injection of two different treatment methods on the clinical effect of lumbar disc herniation,comparing a better method of treatment.Methods：60 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into two groups,one group of 30 patients were treated with the pinprick add electroacupuncture method;one group of 30 patients were treated with the pinprick add acupoint injection method.Treatment once a day,six times for a course of treatment,clinical observation of two courses.Results：①There are variety in ache grade point and lumbar function grade point,significant difference between treatment front and after the treatment in every group（P〈0.01）.In ache grade point there are no significant difference（P〉0.05）.In lumbar function grade point there are significant difference（P〈0.05）.②The clinical efficacy of the pinprick add electroacupuncture group was higher than the pinprick add acupoint injection group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The pinprick add electroacupuncture method treatment of lumbar disc herniation than the efficacy of the pinprick add acupoint injection method is more precise.
