慈航丹方药3种方法提取液对大鼠在体子宫平滑肌的影响

摘　　要：目的:比较慈航丹方药3种方法提取液(SBE液、WE液、AE液)对大鼠在体子宫平滑肌的影响。方法:以大鼠在体子宫平滑肌收缩频率、收缩幅度和收缩张力为指标,比较慈航丹方药3种方法提取液对大鼠在体子宫平滑肌的作用。结果:慈航丹方药3种方法提取液均能显著性地降低大鼠子宫平滑肌运动的频率、幅度和张力(P<0.05);其中SBE提取液表现出更强的抑制作用(P<0.05)。结论:慈航丹方药3种方法提取液对大鼠在体子宫平滑肌的收缩均具有抑制作用,其中SBE提取液的抑制作用最强。Objective：To study on the effects of rats in vivo uterine smooth muscle of CihangDan prescription extracted by three methods.Methods：Comparing the effects of rats in vivo uterine smooth muscle of CihangDan prescription extracted by three methods based on the indexs of the contractive amplitude、frequency and tension.Results：All the extraction of the CihangDan prescription extracted by three methods can significantly reduce the amplitude、 the frequency and the tension of the rats＇ in vivo uterine smooth muscle（P〈0.05）and of which the SBE groups produce the greatest effect（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：All the extraction of the CihangDan prescription extracted by three methods can restrain the movement of rats＇ in vivo uterine smooth muscle and the effect of SBE groups is the greatest.
