移民“扎根”的想象与现实——对三峡库区城镇移民的实证调查

摘　　要：移民能否"扎根"是关乎移民生存发展的重要议题,而移民生活满意度和移民政策意愿是影响移民"扎根"的重要因素。本文对三峡库区不同安置类型的城镇移民的生活满意度和政策意愿作出相关分析,结果表明:不同安置类型的城镇移民的生活满意度不同;不同安置类型的城镇移民的政策意愿不同。同时,对差异存在的原因进行学理阐述和实践反思。Resettlements can ＂keeping roots＂ or not is an important issue and is a matter of survival and development .Life saris/action of resettlements and migration policies will affect the resettlements＇ ＂keeping roots＂. This paper fmakes the relevent analysis of the life satisfaction and policy wishes in different types of urban resetdements. The results show that： different types of urban resettlements have different life satisfactions and policy wishes. Mesnwhile,the paper discusses the cause of differences by theoretieal elaboration and practice of reflection.
