摘 要:采用乳化复合技术制备出粒径为20~300nm、分散系数为0.090~0.601、Fe3O4含量(w)为7.5%~61.3%的具有磁核的琼脂糖复合微球。该微球呈珠形,在4~90℃的水介质中形成均匀稳定的分散液,在0.05Wb/m2的弱磁场中具强磁响应性。制备微球的最佳条件是:琼脂糖用量12.5~87.5mg/ml,氯化亚铁用量15~120mg/ml,pH>10。The magnetic agarose composite microspheres have been prepared by precipitation of magnetite from the mixture of ferrous ions and hydrogen peroxide in the prensence of agarose and sodium hydroxide.The microspheres,containing magnetite cores surrounded by chemisorbed agarose,have 20~300nm diameter with being distributed.They have good magnetic responsibility in the presence of magnetic field and good dispersion stability in water.Experimental results have indicated that,agarose,pH value of solution and FeCl 2 have the great effects on forming magnetic agarose composite microspheres.The optimum conditions are as follows:the mass concentrations of agarose and ferrous chloride are 12.5~87.5 mg/ml and 15~120mg/ml respectively,pH value of solution equals 10.
