摘　　要：在网络环境下,对高校图书馆馆员的职业素质提出更高要求,要求馆员树立创新观念,提高思想水平,强化业务技能,向复合型人才方向发展已成为图书馆工作的重中之重。Under the network environment,improve the quality of librarians and service innovation has been a commonplace.However,librarians in colleges and universities,higher demands of the professional quality,asked librarians to establish the concept of innovation,enhance the ideological level,strengthen the business skills,the direction of phase composite talent has become a top priority of library work.
