摘　　要：采用文献资料法对近些年来关于过度训练的机制及监测过度训练生理、生化和心理指标的研究进行了综述,为在运动实践中有效避免过度训练的发生及今后对过度训练进行进一步的研究提供理论依据。This paper makes an overview of recent researches on the overtraining mechanism and physiological indexes,biochemistry indexes,psychological indexes monitoring overtraining.Then the paper could provide some theory supports for avoiding the happening of overtraining during sports practice and making research on overtraining.
