摘　　要：混凝土构件局部置换技术是一种适用于承重构件受压区混凝土强度偏低或有严重缺陷的局部加固方法,文中介绍该法在某办公楼加固工程中的应用,可为同类工程问题的处理提供参考。The local replacement technology of concrete member is suitable to the reinforcement of baring component with low concrete strength or serious defects.This article describes the application of this technology in the reinforcement project of an office building,which provides a reference for similar projects.
