摘 要:研究了煤粉的热处理,马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯,以及接枝物、接枝率的高低对煤粉填充聚丙烯(PP)流变性能的影响。结果表明,对煤粉进行热处理后,共混物的表观粘度有所降低,在同一剪切速率下,经过热处理的煤粉填充PP的表观粘度要高于为未经热处理的煤粉填充PP,并且都大于纯PP的表观粘度;接枝物PPgMAH的加入,对共混物流变性能影响不大,表观粘度稍微有所降低;接枝率高的釜接枝物比双螺杆接枝的PPgMAH更能改善共混物的流变性能。The effect of heat treatment of coal powder,PP g MAH and the graft ratio of PP g MAH on the rheological property of PP filled with coal powder were studied in this paper.The results showed the apparent viscosity of the blend decreased when the coal powder was treated,and when the stress shear was the same,the viscosity of the PP filled with thermally treated coal powder was higher than that of the PP filled with non thermally treated coal powder,and higher than that of pure PP.The use of PP g MAH had little effect on the rheological property of the blend,but the viscosity decreased a little.The effect of PP g MAH with high graft ratio on the rheological property was better than that of PP g MAH prepared by twin screw extruder.
