摘　　要：目的:总结经皮穿刺门静脉癌栓内注药治疗门静脉癌栓的护理措施。方法:对14例门静脉癌栓治疗后出现或有可能出现的并发症进行护理。通过术前宣教、术中及术后护理,及时掌握患者病情并采取积极处理。结果:预防和减轻了并发症的发生。结论:护士全面掌握此方法的整个流程,加强术中、术后护理,可以帮助患者安全渡过术期。Objective：To summarize the nursing methods on percutaneous injection treatment of portal vein tumor thrombus.Methods：Nursing 14 patients after portal vein tumor thrombus for the complications that arise or may arise.Results：Through publicity and education before operation and nursing during and after operation,timely master the patient’s condition and take an active treatment so as to prevent and mitigate the happening of complications.Conclusion：The nurses shall fully master the entire procedure of the method,strengthen the nursing during and after the operation so as to help the patients to pass the operation period safely and promote the patient to recover early.
