关于社区居民健康档案建立的思考

摘　　要：目的:探讨提高社区卫生服务质量的途径和方法。方法:从社区卫生工作的实际出发,参照国内文献,分析建立健康档案的意义、内容、基本要求,寻求科学管理和有效利用的方法。结果:健康档案内容和格式应标准化,管理和利用应自动化。结论:建立和用活健康档案是提高社区卫生服务质量的基本途径。Objective：To study the way and method to improve the quality of community health services.Methods：From the reality of commu-nity health work,reference to internal documents,analyzes the significance to establishment the health files、content、basic requirements,in search of scientific management and effective use of the method.Results：Health file content and format should be standardized,management and use should be automated.Conclusion：To establishment and make use of health file is a basic way to improve the quality of community health service.
