摘　　要：目前国内高校法律人才培养模式存在许多问题,形成这些问题的原因有许多,最主要的原因是"以教为中心",削弱了法学学生的主体地位。如何推进高校法律人才培养模式的改革,培养出一批又一批符合时代潮流、社会需求,具有较强创新精神和实践能力的高素质的法律人才,成为广大法学教育工作者所思考的问题之一。论文紧扣构建创新型法律人才培养模式的主题,论述了高校构建创新型法律人才培养模式的必要性,及构建创新型法律人才培养模式的方法和途径。At the present time,the legal professional training model of domestic colleges and universities exists many problems.There are many reasons about these problems.Putting teaching as the centre station is the most important reason that it weakens the position of law students＇ subjective.How to impel the reform about the legal professional training pattern of domestic colleges and universities,and culture a lot of high-quality law talented persons with better initiative spirit and ability of practice in order to meet social needs in the current of time is one of the problems that many law education workers should think about.The thesis links closely to the theme of constructing innovative legal professional training model,and it tells us that the necessity and ways of constructing innovative legal professional training model in domestic colleges and universities.
