摘　　要：文章论述了培养应用型法律人才创新能力的必要性,阐述了培养应用型法律人才创新能力的内容,提出了培养应用型法律人才创新能力的措施。This article discusses the necessity of cultivating the innovative ability about applied law talented persons,elaborates on the contents of cultivating the innovative ability about applied law talented persons and puts forward some measures of cultivating the innovative ability about applied law talented persons.
