摘　　要：设计了一种制备球形加氢催化剂载体的新设备，它主要由成球柱和和滴球盘两部分组成。应用平行四边形机构驱动滴球盘，使滴球盘整体做平动，所有滴头具有相同的运动轨迹、速度和加速度，保证了滴出的催化剂载体小球形状和尺寸的均匀性，提高了产品质量和收率。A new kind of device was designed for shaping the hydrogenated catalyst as ball like . The device is composed mainly of oil - ammoma column and ball dripping plates. The ball dripping plates are drove by a parallel quadrilateral mechanism so that all of the dripping holes will move with the same orbit, velocity and acceleration. In this way, the size and shape of the catalyst balls will be uniform. The quality of the product, then, will be enhanced.
