摘 要:目的调查下呼吸道感染患儿的主要病原菌及其对常用抗菌药物的耐药情况。方法采用常规细菌培养方法对下呼吸道感染患儿的咽拭子标本进行分离,培养与鉴定,采用K-B纸片扩散法对分离出的病原菌进行药敏分析。结果 458份咽拭子标本中共分离病原菌151株,检出率32.96%,其中革兰阴性杆菌82株,占54.30%;革兰阳性菌45株,占29.80%;革兰阴性杆菌以肺炎克雷伯菌、大肠埃希菌为主,对头孢他啶/克拉维酸、头孢噻肟/克拉维酸耐药率均为100.00%,革兰阳性菌以金黄色葡萄球菌为主,对红霉素、青霉素、四环素的耐药率均为100.00%。结论临床在抗菌药物使用中应加强病原菌检测,根据药敏结果科学选药,提高治疗效果,延缓细菌对抗菌药物耐药性的产生。OBJECTIVE To investigate the major pathogens and their drug resistance to commonly used antibiotics from children with lower respiratory tract infection.METHODS The throat swab specimens from children with respiratory tract infection were isolated,cultured and identified by using routine bacterial culture methods,and the drug susceptibility of isolated pathogens was analyzed by using K-B disc diffusion method.RESULTS There were 151 strains isolated from 458 throat swab samples,the detection rate was 32.96%,of which including 82 Gram-negative bacilli strains accounted for 54.30% and 45 Gram-positive cocci strains accounted for 29.80%.The main gram-negative bacilli were on Klebsiella pneumoniae and Escherichia coli,their resistance rate to ceftazidime/clavulanic acid,and cefotaxime/clavulanic acid was all 100.00%.The main Gram-positive coccus was Staphylococcus aureus,whose resistance rate to erythromycin,penicillin,tetracycline was 100.00%.CONCLUSION The clinic should strengthen the pathogens inspection for reasonable use of antibiotics,and scientifically electing the drugs according to drug susceptibility result to improve the treatment outcome and delay the emergence of bacteria resistance to antibiotics.
