摘　　要：目的规范口腔器械消毒工作,有效预防与控制医院感染。方法做好调研,进行全员岗位培训,建立消毒供应中心组织管理系统,完善各项制度、加强器械和工作流程管理,全院器械集中消毒。结果全院科室与消毒供应中心顺利进行了器械交接,器械清洗、包装、灭菌质量得到保证,清洗、包装、灭菌合格率分别为98.2%、99.6%、100.0%。结论对全院器械实行集中消毒、规范化管理,为有效控制医院感染,提高医疗、护理质量,确保医疗安全,提供了必要的保证。OBJECTIVE To standardize the disinfection of stomatological equipment and prevent and control the hospital infection effectively.METHODS Keeping on doing research,insisting on our job training staff,building the organization and management system of the disinfection and supply center,we needed to improve all rules existed,to strengthen the management of equipment and working process and to conduct centralized disinfection of the whole hospital stomatological equipments.RESULTS The whole hospital stomatological equipments were handed over to the equipment center successfully.The quality of equipment cleaning,packaging and sterilization had been guarenteed.88% of nurses had been satisfied with their job.And 97% of the nurses said that the job opened up their mind.CONCLUSIONS We achieve the goal which means that we conduct centralization of the whole hospital disinfection of equipments,our management is standardized step by step also.We provide the necessary assurance for the effective control of hospital infection,the safety and the quality of medical care.
