实施人文关怀完善手卫生条件提高手卫生依从率

摘　　要：目的探讨符合人性化的手卫生条件,增强医护人员的自觉意识,规范手卫生,提高医护人员手卫生依从率。方法选择10个临床科室,共计200名医务人员,于2008年1月进行为期27 d的手卫生现场观察;针对观察结果,制定改善手卫生依从率的干预措施,以人文关怀的理念对科室手卫生设施及手卫生用具进行改进和完善;于2009年1月对这200名医务人员进行再次观察,对前后观察数据进行对比,采用χ2检验进行统计学处理。结果改善洗手条件后组各项手卫生指征出现后的手卫生依从率(99.3%)均比改善前手卫生依从率(63.0%)高(P=0.000);改善洗手条件后组洗手合格率(98.0%)比改善前手卫生合格率(87.0%)高(P=0.000)。结论以人文关怀的理念完善手卫生条件后,可大大提高医护人员手卫生依从率。OBJECTIVE To explore the hand hygiene conditions in the view of human care,promote the consciousness of medical staffs,standardize the hand hygiene method,and improve the hand hygiene compliance among medical and nursing staffs.METHODS Totally 200 medical care staffs were selected from 10 clinical departments,20 staffs were chosen from each clinic.In Jan 2008,the behaviors of the medical staffs were observed,and the results were recorded.After hand hygiene intervention,the behaviors of the medical staffs were also observed in Jan 2009,and the results were recorded.The results of the test data were compared with statistic chi-square test.RESULTS After the hand hygiene conditions improved,the hand hygiene compliance rate had been increased（P=0.000）.After the intervention to improve the hand hygiene,the qualification rate of handwashing had significant difference compared to before（P〈0.01）.CONCLUSIONS The handwashing compliance can be greatly increased after the improvement of hand hygiene conditions.
