摘　　要：目的:测定功劳叶中多种微量元素的含量,为研究金属元素在功劳叶中的含量与药用功能提供有效的数据。方法:采用标准曲线法用空气—乙炔火焰原子吸收光谱法测定样品中微量元素的含量。结果:方法的加标回收率在96.00%～103.0%范围内,RSD(n=6)在0.36%～1.36%之间。结论:测定方法简单易行,方便快捷。Objective：To determine the trace elements in Mahonia bealei, which would also supply useful data of the relation of the metal elements in corydalis and Medicinal function. Methods：The contents of trace elements in Mahonia bealei by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry.Results：The results showed that the recovery rate was between 96.00%～103.0%, the relative standard deviation （n=6） was between 0.36%～1.36%.Conclusion：The characteristic method is quick , simpleand convenient, and the results are satisfactory.
