摘  要:建立了以DIPSA(3,5-二异丙基水杨酸),TIBPS(三烷基硫化磷)为载体,(NH4)2S为沉淀剂的液膜体系,利用液膜内相结晶技术处理湿法炼锌中氧化锌酸性浸出液.在最佳操作条件下,经一级液膜处理,镉的迁移率可达98.6%,回收率达98.1%,而锌的损失率不到1.0%.从高锌低镉体系中较好地实现了锌、镉的分离,并能在内水相中直接得到镉盐产品,同时可使料液得以很好的净化.A new liquid membrane system containing DIPSA,TIBPS as carriers,and introducing crystallizing technique in the internal aqueous phase by adding (NH 4) 2S as precipitating agent to produce CdS precipitate in it directly was reported in this paper.By this way a satisfactory separation result of recovering low concentration cadmium from high concentration zinc has been gotten.The feed used was sulfuric acid solution of zinc oxide in a zinc hydrometallugry.After one-stage of batch process under the optimum liquid membrane conditions obtained,98.6% transferring ratio,98.1% yielding ratio of cadmium have been attained with only less than 1.0% transferring ratio of zinc,moreover,the feed solution can be purified as well.
