摘　　要：板式住宅一般被认为是广州地区理想的城市住宅形式之一。本文将20世纪80年代以来广州地区板式住宅设计的发展划分为两个阶段,结合典型实例分析总结这两个阶段广州地区板式住宅设计的理念和特点,以期为今后广州地区的城市住宅设计提供参考。Slab-type apartment house is considered as one kind of perfect city house of Guangzhou.This article divides the development of design of the slab-type apartment house of Guangzhou from 1980s into two stages,and the conception and characteristics of design of the slab-type apartment house of Guangzhou in these two stages are analyzed and summarizied.The purpose of this article is to provide references for design of the house in Guangzhou in the future.
