宫腔填塞在98例产后出血中的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨宫腔塞纱在剖宫产术中及阴道顺产后难治性出血的治疗效果。方法采用纱条填塞宫腔以压迫子宫减少出血,塞纱后24h内经阴道取出纱条。结果剖宫产手术中大出血的患者90例,有效止血88例,失败2例;阴道产8例,有效6例,失败2例。结论剖宫产术中及阴道顺产后出现子宫大出血均可用宫腔纱条填塞止血。Objective To explore the clinical effective by plugging the yarns into the uterine cavity during cesarean section and vaginal cis intractable postpartum hemorrhage.Methods The uterine cavity with gauze pressure to reduce uterine bleeding,within 24 hours after Serbian yarn vaginal gauze removed.Results The cesarean section surgical bleeding in patients with 90 cases,88 cases of bleeding effectively,failed in 2 cases;8 cases of vaginal births,effective in 6 cases,failure in 2 cases.Conclusion Cesarean section and vaginal cis postpartum uterine hemorrhage may occur with intrauterine gauze to stop bleeding.
