摘  要:液力成形技术近几年在工业生产中得到了广泛的应用,逐步成为薄壁零件制造的主流技术,针对汽车发动机的配气凸轮轴,进行薄壁管件液力成形技术研究,突破高压密封及压力控制等关键技术,减轻结构重量、提高可靠性和降低加工成本,为发动机更加趋于紧凑化、轻量化,以及功率密度的进一步提高提供工艺技术支撑。The hydraulic confectioning technique has obtained a widespread application in industrial production in recent years and has been becoming a main technique in machining thin-wall pipe fittings.Aiming at the distribution cam shafts of automobile engines,the research on the hydraulic confectioning technique of thin-wall pipe fittings is developed,breaking through the key technology on improvement of the resistance to torsion of assembly cam shafts,control of phase angles,heavy pressure sealing and control of pressure to lighten structure weight,improve the reliability and reduce processing costs thus to provide a technical support for further compaction,lighter weight and further improvement of power density to engines.
