利用Pyxos技术的实训室用电监控系统

摘　　要：针对目前高校实训室用电设备控制及教学综合管理不足,对其用电智能控制系统合理改造很有必要。借助可靠的LonWorks、Pyxos技术,将探测器、开关改造成具有检测、控制和通讯功能的Pyxos网络节点,设计一套功能较完善的实训室自动监测与控制系统。系统由基于Pyxos的检测层、基于LonWorks的控制层及基于Internet的数据层组成,实现对实训室的机床、空调、开关门、人员进出、灯光和风扇等使用状态进行监控与显示,形成用电智能化、网络化的整体优化管控。实践表明,基于Pyxos技术的实训室用电监控系统具有开发时间短、稳定可靠和经济实用的特点,还可以推广到其他领域。In allusion to the insufficient of college training room electrical equipment control and teaching comprehensive management,it is necessary to rationally reform the electric intelligent control system.Using reliable LonWorks and Pyxos technology,detectors and switches are transformed into Pyxos network nodes capable of testing,control,and communication,and a more perfect training room automatic monitoring and control system is designed.The system is made up of detection layer based on Pyxos,control layer based on LonWorks and data layer based on Internet,realizes the monitoring and display of active condition of machine tool,air conditioner,opening and closing of doors,staff access,lamplight,and fan etc,forms the intelligent,networking electric whole optimization control,and can be extended to other similar areas.
