摘　　要：异地大学科技园是大学科技园主园以外,在不同城市建立起来的大学科技园。异地大学科技园的主要功能是孵化企业和创业支持,作为连接大学、企业、政府的载体,异地大学科技园承担着多重角色,充分发挥大学的创新辐射作用。在促进大学科技成果产业化的同时,培育了许多高新技术企业,推动了区域经济的创新发展。大学科技园借助政府推动创新发展的利好政策以及自身的创新机制的建立,充分实现各项功能,为大学产学研以及区域的创新发展提供了良好的平台。The off-site University of Science and Technology Park is a park outside the University of Science and Technology Parks which is in different cities.The main function of off-site university science park is to support enterprise and entrepreneurship.As a connecting universities,businesses,and government carrier,off-site University of Science and Technology Park bear multiple roles into full play the role of the University＇s innovative radiation.It not only promotes the industrialization of the University research but also cultivates a number of high-tech enterprises,and promotes the innovation and development of the regional economy.Under the government＇s prometing innovation policy and their own innovative mechanisms,University of Science and Technology Park full realized various functions,provided a good platform for the research in the University as well as innovation and development of the region.
