摘 要:目的:用整体动物和离体海马脑片实验研究复方人参制剂的抗脑缺氧作用.方法:(1)在密闭三角烧瓶中观察小白鼠缺氧存活时间;(2)在大鼠离体海马脑片上观察缺氧过程中缺氧损伤电位(hypoxic injury potential,HIP)的出现率及缺氧后诱发顺向群峰电位(orthodromic population spike,OPS)的恢复率和恢复程度.结果:(1)小白鼠缺氧存活时间(min):正常对照组26.44±4.58,用药组48.46±16.80,用药组显著延长(P<0.001);(2)对照组OPS恢复率20%,恢复程度30.2±36.6%,HIP发生率80%;人参制剂组OPS恢复率100%,恢复程度84.90±35.0%,未出现HIP.与对照组比较,OPS恢复显著,HIP发生率显著降低(P<0.05).结论:实验用复方人参制剂有明显的抗脑缺氧作用,其作用机制可能是人参降低神经元的兴奋性,减少能耗,从而减轻脑损伤.To study the protective effects of compound ginseng extracts against hypoxic cerebral injury. Methods: Mice were tightly closed in 150ml glass, survival time was then observed. During anoxia and after reoxygenation, changes of orthodromic population spikes(OPS) in area CA1 of hippocampal slice were investigated in rats. Results: while giving compound ginseng extracts, survival time of mice was significantly longer than control group. OPS was inhibited when the slices of rats were exposed to compound ginseng extracts. Recovery of OPS after reoxygenation in slices which were exposed to compound ginseng extrats was significantly higher than that of untreated shices. HIP did not occur in compound ginseng extracts treated slices. Conclusion: Compound ginseng extracts could protect brain cells from anoxic injury. The mechanism may be related to the effect of ginseng reducing neuron's excitability
