摘　　要：随着信息化建设的发展,各地交警部门都相应地使用基于数字图片处理的处罚管理信息系统。数字图像作为其中重要的物证,其真实性和完整性直接影响到执法结果。为了防止违法图像信息遭到篡改,使用COM Builder把MatLab中编写的LSB脆弱性水印嵌入和检测模块打包成COM组件,在Visual C#.NET中直接引用,从而将脆弱性水印加入处罚信息管理系统中使用,达到良好的图片篡改提示能力。Along with the development of information construction, traffic police departments have used the appropriate punishment information management systems based on digital image processing. The digital images are important evidence, and these authenticity and integrity will impact on law enforcement results. In order to prevent illegal image information not to be modified, packages the LSB fragile watermark embedding and retrieval module programmed in Matlab by using COM Builder, and adds it into the punishment information management system for brigade of traffic office and put it into use. It gets the expected results.
