摘　　要：《计算机组成原理》是一门实践性很强的专业基础课。为了提升实验教学效果,以C++作为编程语言,使用C++Builder6.0作为开发工具,编程开发实验仿真课件。阐述半导体存储器原理实验仿真课件的开发过程。该课件既可用于教师的实验教学,又可用于学生的课前课后的实验模拟,弥补传统实验的一些不足。摘要:Principles of Computer Organization is a professional basic course that is strongly practical. In order to promote the experiment teaching result, programs the experimental simulation coursewares, which regards C ＋＋ as the programming language and uses C＋＋ Builder 6.0 as a development tool. Expounds the developing procedures of simulation courseware of the semiconductor memory principle experiment. The courseware can not only be used for both the teachers teaching, but also for covering the disadvantages of traditional experiment, for the students＇ experimental simulation before and after class.
