摘　　要：糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)是糖尿病临床中的一个检测指标,临床上常用它来评价疗效及调整治疗方案。根据ADAG研究,HbA1c与估计平均血糖(eAG)之间存在线性转换关系:eAG(mg/dL)=28.7×HbA1c-46.7,此公式已被美国糖尿病协会(ADA)公布在其网站上以供医生和患者使用。eAG与患者在家自测的血糖值单位相同,方便医生向患者解释其血糖控制情况。HbA1 c measures chronic glycemia and is widely used to judge the adequacy of diabetic treatment and adjust therapy. According to ADAG study,the relationship between HbAtc and the calculated AG can be expressed as the linear regression： eAG（mg/dL） = 28. 7 x HbA1c - 46. 7. ADA has adopted this equation on its website. In the same unit of measurement as used in self-monitoring blood glucose, eAG would facilitate the doctors to communicate with patients in the daily glucose control.
