摘　　要："平改坡"是改善百姓居住环境的一项政府工程,在工程改造实施过程中,由于改变了原有建筑物的高度和天面状况,对建筑物防雷产生了影响。对此,结合防雷装置检测中发现的施工问题,就如何有效地控制防雷工程施工质量等问题进行了探讨。The ＂flat to slope＂ is a government project to improve the living environment of some common people. Due to the change in the original height and roofing of the buildings during the re-construction, their lightning protectors may be affected. In connection with some construction problems discovered in the inspection of lightning devices, this paper discussed how to control the construction quality effectively during the reconstruction.
