乒乓球辅助训练专用拍及其实用性初探

摘　　要：介绍一种于2009年7月29日获得国家专利局授予发明专利权的乒乓球辅助训练专用拍(专利号为:ZL200710028408.X)。该拍是在普通乒乓球拍底板中部沿封闭线挖去一块材料,安装一滑块摩擦阻尼和撞击机构,可方便地调整重量、重心、滑块摩擦阻力和滑块行程。使用者可手握此训练拍,分别模拟乒乓球的多项技术做无球挥拍动作的辅助训练,使人有近似真实的击球和摩擦球的感觉,有助于增强力量、使动作协调,加快对乒乓球多项实用技术的学习、掌握、巩固和发展。阐述了乒乓球辅助训练专用拍的运动原理,还介绍了对其实用性的初步研究。This paper introduce a newly invented special bat for table tennis assistant training.The invented patent right of the bat was authorized by SIPO in July 29,2009 （Patent number：ZL200710028408.X）.The bat is made by removing a chunk of material along a seal line in the center of a general table tennis bat and by installing a slide friction and striking mechanism in the center.The weight,center of gravity,resistance of slide friction and stroke of slide of bat can be easily adjusted.User can hold the bat to do assistant practice by imitating different kinds of table tennis skills separately in no-ball situation and has the feeling that the bat is struck and rubbed by a ball similar to play a real table tennis.The bat is conducive to enforce the user’s strength and harmony of movement and is helpful to speed up learning,grasping and developing many kinds of practical table tennis skills.The author gives an explanation on movement principle of the bat and also introduces the preliminary research on its practicality.
