摘　　要：图书馆的核心价值链是信息价值链,可分解为供应链、增值链和输出链三个组成部分,每部分都有其管理目标。通过对信息价值链的分析,可以明确相应的管理策略,使图书馆更有效地整合信息资源,提升信息服务水平并增强核心竞争力。The core value chain of library,information value chain,can be divided into three parts,which are the supply chain,the value-added chain and the output chain,with management goal for each.Through the analysis of the information value chain,the corresponding managing strategies are to be cleared,which contributes to the integration of information resources,the improvement of the information service and the consolidation of core competence.
