摘　　要：解决高校人才与社会需求对接扭曲问题的关键,在于人才培养模式的创新。本文在反思高校院系与图书馆传统教学模式问题基础上,以我校创新教育为依托,探讨了馆院协同合作教学模式存在的实然问题、应然态势及实现应然态势的路径。The key of resolving the coordination problems between talented persons of universities and social requirement is the innovation of pattern of person cultivation.This paper reflected the issues in traditional teaching pattern of colleges and universities as well as libraries,and discussed the detailed problem of co-operation teaching pattern between library and colleges and the methods of resolving these problems,based on the innovation education of Northeast Forestry University.
