民办高校创业教育路径探索

摘　　要：近年来,民办高校对创新型人才培养越来越重视。但多数民办高校的创业教育尚处于探索阶段,存在组织架构、课程设置和师资队伍等方面的问题,该文通过对民办高校创业教育制约因素的分析,提出民办高校开展创业教育的路径,即健全多元的经费保障体系和制度保障体系、探索完备的课程保障体系和加强专兼职教师队伍建设。In recent years,non-governmental institutions of higher learning have attached great importance to cultivating creative talents.However,most of the enterprise education is still exploring,and has problems in organizational structure,curriculum design and teaching staff source.Based on the analysis of the limitations of the enterprise education in non-governmental institution of higher learning,this paper proposes a route to launching enterprise education,e.g.,completing a diverse security mechanism of funds and systems,exploring a complete curriculum system and strengthening teaching staff for both full-time and part-time.
