摘　　要：目的:评价"五项服务"(宣传服务、随访服务、培训服务、指导服务、监测服务)模式对宫内节育器不良反应的综合干预效果,为今后在社区中开展不良反应防治工作提供指导。方法:在龙岗区3个街道中对2008年1月至12月放置宫内节育器的已婚育龄妇女进行"五项服务"等综合干预,干预2年后随机抽样2000例进行调查,并与基线调查数据进行比较。结果:采用"五项服务"模式干预前后比较,因不良反应的发生取出率从14.99%减少到10.25%;育龄群众的知晓率从67.8%提高到85.6%;随访率从68.9%提高到88.7%;差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过社区干预,建立"五项服务"模式对宫内节育器不良反应进行综合干预取得显著成绩,是有效减少不良反应发生的切实可行方法。Objectives：Evaluate the effect of the ＂five service＂（dissemination service,follow-up visit service,training service,instruction service,monitoring service） model to the control intervention of IUD side effects,in order to provide guidance for prevention and treatment work of IUD side effects in community.Methods：Random select 2000 the IUD users among married reproduction age women in three community streets of Longgang,Shenzhen which inserted the IUD during January 2008 to December 2008,survey the effect of carring on the ＂five service＂ comprehensive intervention after two years,and compare to the baseline statistic.Result：After carring on the ＂five service＂ comprehensive intervention,the rate of removing IUD due to side effect decrease from 14.99% to 10.25%;the awareness rate of reproduction age women rise from 67.8% to 85.6%;the follow-up visit rate increase from 68.9% to 88.7%;the difference was statistic significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Through the community intervention,comprehensive intervention of the ＂five service＂ model about the side effect of IUD has achieved remarkable result,is practical way to reduce the side effect.
