高频电灼术联合口服甘露聚糖肽外用干扰素凝胶治疗尖锐湿疣疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察高频电灼术联合甘露聚糖肽外用干扰素凝胶治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效。方法:将75例尖锐湿疣患者随机分为两组。两组病人均采用高频电灼术去除皮损。之后,治疗组口服甘露聚糖肽20ml/d,一个月为一疗程,对照组肌注干扰素100m一次/qod,15次为一个疗程。两组患者术后伤口愈合后外涂干扰素凝胶4次/d,共8周,术后观察3个月后评价疗效。结果:治疗组治愈率88.10%,复发率11.90%;对照组治愈率90.91%,复发率9.10%。经统计学处理无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗组和对照组不良反应分别为7.14%,51.5%。经统计学处理有非常显著性差异(P<0.005)。结论:高频电灼术联合口服甘露聚糖肽外用干扰素凝胶治疗尖锐湿疣治愈率高,复发率低,不良反应少。Objectives：To observe the clinical effect of the high frequent electrofulguration treating condyloma acuminatum with mannatide,and interferon gelatum for external application in addition.Methods：75 patients with the condyloma acuminatum were divided randomly into two groups——For both patients in treated group and control group were all eliminated skin lesions with the electrofulguration.After that,patients in treated group took orally 20ml/d of mannatide for a month as a course of treatment while those in control group were given intramuscular injection at 100m of interferon once/qod,taking 15 times as a course of treatment.Patients of two groups,when their wounds healed after operation,were embrocated with the interferon gelatum at 4 times/d,a total of 8 weeks,both treated-effects were evaluated after observing their operations in 3 months.Results：88.10% cure rate,and 11.90% recurernce rate were found for patients in treated group while 90.91% cure rate,and 9.10% recurernce rate for those in control group.There was no significant difference between two groups（P〉0.05） computed by statistics.The adverse reactions of the both groups to drug are 7.14% and 51.5% respectively,there was very significant difference between them（P〈0.005） computed by statistics.Conclusion：The above mentioned method is characteristic of high cure rate,low recurernce rate and less adverse reactions to drug.
