摘　　要：日趋严重的青少年性犯罪,已成为一个不容忽视的社会问题。矫治性犯罪青少年关系到社会的长治久安和青少年的健康成长。本文就青少年性犯罪现状及原因进行了分析,其原因主要包括主体的生理和心理因素,主体外的家庭因素、学校因素和社会因素。针对青少年性犯罪的原因,笔者提出了相关的矫治对策,主要是加强法制和性教育,开展心理矫治和社会帮教。Juvenile sexual offending has become increasingly severe and been a noticeable social issue.Correcting juvenile sex offenders is related to the long political stability of society and the healthy growth of juveniles.This article analyses current situation and cause of juvenile sexual offending,including subjective physiological,psychological reasons,and objective family,school,society reasons.Then some treatments of juvenile sexual offenders are proposed by the causes,including legal education,sexual education,psychological treatment,social help and education.
