摘 要:为研究二恶英合适的指示物并建立关联模型,针对国内2种典型垃圾焚烧技术的4台生活垃圾焚烧炉(MSWI)进行了多环芳烃(PAHs)和二恶英(PCDD/Fs)的检测.研究了这2种不同生活垃圾焚烧炉的PAHs和PC-DD/Fs排放特性,同时利用统计软件(SPSS)分析了PAHs和PCDD/Fs的相关性.结果表明:在垃圾焚烧炉排放的17种有毒PCDD/Fs中HpCDD和OCDD占较高比例;生活垃圾炉排炉焚烧排放的PAHs以萘、芴为主,而煤和垃圾混烧的流化床以菲和荧蒽为主,用芴作为垃圾焚烧PCDD/Fs的毒性当量(TEQ)的指示物进行一元线性分析时,相关系数为0.62,当利用萘、芴和菲作为TEQ的指示物进行三元线性相关分析,相关系数为0.85;MSWI烟气中PAHs排放质量浓度在微克立方米级,可以利用VUV/TOFMS技术在线测量萘、芴的质量浓度,经过关联转化快速反映PCDD/Fs及TEQ的质量浓度,指导焚烧炉优化运行.In order to understand the correlation between polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins and dibenzofurans (PCDD/Fs) and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs),series measurements had been conducted on four municipal solid waste incinerators (MSWI) with two mechanical stock grates and two fluidized bed incinerators. The emission characteristics of PAHs and PCDD/Fs were evaluated based on the results by using Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) analysis. It was found that Heptachloro and Octachloro dibenzo-p-dioxins (HpCDD,OCDD) take a significant portion of the toxic congeners in the flue gas from waste incinerator. The major isomers of PAHs in the mechanical stock grate were naphthalene and fluorene,while phenanthrene and fluoranthene in the fluidized bed incinerator. The linear regression analysis showed that fluorene was the appropriate indicator for toxic equivalent (TEQ) of PCDD/Fs in MSWI and the coefficient of determination was 0.62. The multiple regression analysis with naphthalene,fluorene and phenanthrene showed that the coefficient of determination was 0.85. PAHs concentration was typically in the range from 1 to 10 μg/m3,so the vacuum ultraviolet/time-of-flight mass spectrometry (VUV/TOFMS) instrument could realize real-time monitoring PAHs,then provide the data of PCDD/Fs or TEQ indirect. It is useful for the control of PCDD/Fs emission and the optimization of varying incineration conditions.
