皮瓣修复手外伤性软组织缺损的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨皮瓣修复手外伤性软组织缺损的临床疗效。方法对2003年1月至2007年12月我院收治的手外伤性软组织缺损患者60例,进行皮瓣修复手术,并进行6～36个月随访。结果除2例患者皮瓣边缘有少许坏死,经过换药后而痊愈,其余患者手指均恢复正常。结论皮瓣修复手外伤性软组织收到满意的临床疗效,值得进一步推广使用。objective TO explore the clinical analysis of the flap repairing for traumatic soft tissue defect of hand. Methods To make flap repairing for 60 cases with traumatic soft tissue defect of hand, who hospitalized from 2003 to 2007, and make following-up for 3 to 36 months. Results Except 2 cases with little necrosis on edge of flap, who were cured after dressing changes= and the other cases were recovered totally. Conclusion That Flap repairing for traumatic soft tissue defect of hand got satisfied effects and should be extended widely.
