摘　　要：目的:探讨实施持续质量改进的方法,提高乳腺癌患者住院期间化疗的输液管理质量。方法:确定质量改进的问题,进行原因分析,制定改进措施,进行效果评价。结果:提高了护士静脉化疗专业知识和技能水平,提高了患者的满意率,确保了护理安全。结论:持续质量改进有效提高了护理管理质量。Objective： To explore the continuous quality improvement methods on the intravenous chemotherapy management for inpatients with mammary cancer. Methods： Defining the problems which need improve, performing root cause analysis, drawing up improving measures and evaluating the effect. Results： The intravenous chemotherapy knowledge and skill of the nurses were improved, patients＇ satisfaction increased and nursing safety ensured. Conclusion： Continuous quality improvement can improve nursing management quality effectively.
