摘　　要：针对医院护理队伍存在的突出问题,开展9次"护理主题年"活动。整体护理队伍素质得到提升,护理理念得到转变,打造了一支经得起考验的高素质护理团队。"护理主题年"活动总体的思路要经过充分调研和论证,本着先易后难,由浅入深的规律,坚持数年,形式要新颖,要喜闻乐见,内容要实在,要解决实际问题。A series of activities were carried out as the topic of ＂nursing theme year＇; which aimed at the main problems of the nurses in hospital. It improved the quality of nurses, the overall concept of health care was changed, and a high-quality care team was created. The design of the activities in ＂nursing theme year＂ went based on the thoughtful research and demonstration. With the rule of＇easy before the difficult, shallow before the deep＇ for several years, the form was new, and love to see and hear, with the actual content, which can solve the practical problems.
