摘　　要：目的:明确护士长在部队战时野战医院组织和实施护理行动中的职责,为更好地履行军队医院职能、保证战斗力提供保障。方法:分析部队作战行动展开的流程,对护士长在组织和实施野战医疗护理活动中所涉及的工作环节加以归纳,找出容易发生混乱的重要环节并分析其原因,以此为依据提出针对性的预先控制措施。结果:系统地提出了护士长在野战医疗护理行动中的工作流程,明确了各个工作环节中的任务职责,提高了护理部应对战场救护的能力水平。结论:面对未来战争快节奏、高精准和现代医学讲时效、重质量的形势,护士长明确岗位职责,履行自身使命对组织好野战医疗护理行动尤为重要。Objective： To define the responsibility of head nurse in the army field hospital about the organization and implementation of nursing action when in the time of war, thereby to carry out the functions of the military hospital and ensure the combat effectiveness. Methods： The process of the operations was analyzed, the head nurse＇ s work involved to the organization and implementation of field activities in health care were summarized, and the important points which link to the confusion were identified. Based of these, a pre-control measure was proposed. Results： The workflow of the head nurse in field- operation nursing action was put forward systematically, which defined the responsibility of the work link, and improved the ability to cope with the battlefield ambulance of nursing department. Conclusion： In the face of the fast-paced and high-precision of the future warfare, in the posture of time-sensitive and good quality of modern medicine, it is particularly important to define the responsibility of head nurses and fulfill their mission to organize the field-operation nursing action.
