摘　　要：目的：评价小剂量多巴酚丁胺对冠心病心室功能的影响及安全性。材料和方法：对４７例冠心病进行小剂量多巴酚丁胺介入的平衡法放射性核素心室造影，并同２０例对照组进行对比分析。结果：多巴酚丁胺介入后各组患者左心室收缩期和舒张期功能均有一定程度改善，心绞痛组改善最明显，其次为陈旧性心肌梗塞和急性心肌梗塞组，无一例因多巴酚丁胺副作用而停止试验。结论：小剂量多巴酚丁胺负荷试验有助于判定心肌缺血和心肌梗塞程度，对了解病情、估价心脏病的潜在功能具有一定的意义。Objective:To evaluate the effect of low-dose dobutamine on coronary disease patient's cardiac function and the safety of low dose dobutamine.Materials and Method:Low-dose Dobutamine stress Equilibrium Radionuclide Ventriculography was performed in 47 patients and 20 cases of control group.Results:After low-dose dobutamine stressing the systolic and diastolic function of angina pectoris group、acute myocardial infarction and old myocardial infarction group were improved in a certain extent(p<0 05),and angina pectoris group were improved distinctly.Conclusion:Study of dobutamine stress testing is of certain clinical significance for judging degree of myocardial ischemia and myocardial infarction,assessing potential function of heart and understanding patient's state.
