纤维支气管镜在NICU合并肺部感染患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨纤维支气管镜(简称纤支镜)在神经外科重症监护病房(NICU)合并肺部感染患者中的应用效果。方法回顾性总结了101例入住NICU合并肺部感染的重症患者进行纤支镜的操作经验。比较纤支镜治疗前后PaO2及SpO2的变化。结果 101例患者经1～4次纤支镜灌洗后,SpO2与治疗前相比有改善,差别有统计学意义(p<0.001),治疗后2小时PaO2较治疗前提高,差别有统计学意义(p<0.001)。结论对在NICU中合并肺部感染的重症患者使用纤支镜有利于改善患者的呼吸功能。Objective：To figure out the effect of the bronchofiborscope in NICU patients with pulmonary infection.Methods：101 NICU patients with pulmonary infection were treated by using bronchofiborscope.The PaO2 and SpO2 of those patients were compared before and after the bronchofiborscope treatment.Results：Mter one to four times bronchofiborscope treatment,the patients SpO2 was better than before（p〈0.001）.Two hours after the treatment,the patients＇PaO2 was also improved than before（p〈0.001）.Conclusion：The application of the bronchofiborscope in NICU could help the patients with pulmonary infection improve their respiratory function.
