环磷腺苷葡甲胺治疗充血性心力衰竭的疗效  

TREATMENT OF CONGESTIVE HEART FAILURE BY INTRAVENIOUS INFUSION OF MEGLUMINE CYCLIC ADENYLATE

摘　　要：目的：比较静脉滴注环磷腺苷葡甲胺与氨力农治疗充血性心力衰竭的疗效。方法：随机分组，治疗组３０例，静滴环磷腺苷葡甲胺１８０ｍｇ，ｑｄ共１４ｄ。对照组２０例，静推氨力农５０ｍｇ，再以５～１０μｇ／（ｋｇ·ｍｉｎ）静滴，ｑｄ共１４ｄ。结果：２组的临床总有效率均为９０％，对左室收缩功能均有明显改善，未见不良反应。结论：环磷腺苷葡甲胺治疗充血性心力衰竭的疗效与氨力农相近。OBJECTIVE:To compare the efficacy of meglumine cyclic adenylate (MCA)and amrinone in treatment of congestive heart failure.METHODS:Patients were randomly divided to receive MCA( n =30) in a daily dose of 180 mg diluted with 5%glucose 250 ml given by infusion for 14 days,and amrinone ( n =20) in a daily dose of 50 mg diluted with 0.9% NS 20 ml given intravenously by bolus injection then amrinone was given daily by intravenous infusion in a rate of 5～10 μg/(kg·min) for 14 days.RESULTS:The left ventricular function was improved significantly with a clinical effective rate of 90% in both groups.CONCLUSION: Meglumine cyclic adenylate is as effective as amrinone in treatment of congestive heart failure.
