摘　　要：目的利用HPLC法测定控哮涂膜剂中芥子碱硫氰酸盐的含量。方法以苯基键合硅胶为填充剂,乙腈-3%醋酸溶液（12：88）为流动相,检测波长为326nm,流速：1.0 mL.min-1。结果芥子碱硫氰酸盐在31.35～209ng呈良好的线性关系（r=1）,Y=2.7903X＋0.2258;平均回收率为99.38%（RSD=1.27%）。结论本法快速、准确,可准确测定测定控哮涂膜剂中芥子碱硫氰酸盐的含量。Objective To establish a HPLC method for the content determination of Sinapine cyanide sulfonate in Kong xiao Pigmeng.Methods A Agilent ZORBAX SB-Phenyl （4.6×250mm, 5μm） was used as the analytical column and mobile phase was Acetonirile3%Acetie Acid （ 12： 88） ,The UV detection wavelength of Sinapine cyanide sulfonate was 326 nm, The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1.Results The linear ranger was31.35 -209ng （r =1 ） for Sinapine cyanide sulfonate. Y=2.7903X ＋0.2258,the average recoveries of Sinapine cyanide sulfonate were 99.38%（RSD=1.27%）. Conclusions This method is rapid, accurate and suitable for the simultantous determination of Sinapine cyanide sulfonate in Kong xiao Pigmeng.
